Terms of Use (EULA) for Step Up Apps

Welcome to Step Up Learning Lab Apps [Emoji Math, Fact FLuency, Chunq, ZeroC] ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The app is a productivity tool or educational app that utilizes Artificial Intelligence (via third-party APIs like Google Gemini) to assist users in breaking down tasks, creating routines, and managing time.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

The app offers auto-renewable subscriptions to access premium features ("Pro Plan").

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly) as selected by the user. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
  • Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period expires. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period to avoid being charged.
  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.

4. User Conduct and Content

You are responsible for the tasks and data you input into the App. You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of [Your Name/Company Name] and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

Step Up Learning labs and its developers shall not be held liable for any data loss, lack of productivity, or missed deadlines resulting from the use of the App or AI-generated suggestions. The AI results are provided "as-is" for assistance purposes.

7. Messaging Services (Twilio and Facebook Messenger)

By using our messaging services, you agree to our Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use. You consent to receive messages from us, and you understand that message and data rates may apply. We are not liable for the content of messages or their delivery.

8. Standard Apple EULA
